Financial Policy

Please bring your child’s insurance card to each visit. The information available to us online varies by insurance and sometimes to help fix any issues, having a copy of the card is helpful.

Copays and any fees we know to not be covered by your insurance plan are due at the time of service.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple & Samsung Pay, checks & cash. This includes Health & Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA & FSA).

Appointment Policy

Our office has certain guidelines that we feel are essential to the successful and continued treatment of your child(ren). We look forward to providing years of healthcare for your child(ren) and encourage your cooperation and support.

When you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any type of appointment. Fees may apply is proper amount of notice is not given. Please click title to read full policy.

Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows time to verify information, complete any forms, leave urine samples, etc. If you’re going to be late, call and let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to see you. We will do our best to fit you in at a later time if we have availability.

Well Visits

A “well child” or “preventative” visit is covered by the majority of insurances at set intervals based on age. We require patients to be current on their well care visits in order to manage other needs such as medications, school + sport forms, vaccines, and some referral needs.

However, if your child is not up-to-date, we’ll do our best to still take care of your need as long as you have scheduled their well care visit in the near future.

Vaccines

At The Kids Clinic we are dedicated to the health and well-being of your child. We believe an essential element to providing for the health and well-being of your child comes through vaccination for preventable diseases, according to the guidelines set forth by the ACIP and American Academy of Pediatrics. Vaccination is a core value of our practice. To this end we strive to immunize every child in our practice, and are committed to providing parents with the information and support they need to help us achieve this goal.
