Flu Vaccines
If there is flu in the community it is not too late to get a flu vaccine. Call our office at 509-448-7337.
*Please note that during weekday clinics, the providers may be in the office but unavailable to see your child if an illness or concern arises. Vaccine appointments are only with the Medical Assistant.
Patients MAY NOT come in for a flu vaccine if they have had any illness symptoms within 24 hours of the appointment. The person bringing them in needs to be symptom-free as well. Please call us as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment.
Symptoms would include:
Fever of 100.4 or higher OR a sense of having a fever, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Runny Nose/Congestion (not related to allergies), Sore Throat, Chills, Muscle or body aches, Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea
