Below are the major insurance carriers we currently work with; however, this list is not all-inclusive. If you do not see yours listed, please contact your insurance company. It is important to ask if The Kids Clinic AND all our providers are contracted as “an in-network provider” with your particular plan, not just the insurance company itself.
The Kids Clinic is not responsible for unpaid claims due to being out of network with your plan.
Please bring your most recent insurance card to each visit, or email us clear photos of the front and back.
Many plans now offer a lower copay if you designate a Primary Care Provider (PCP) with them. Most insurance companies don’t require it, but it can save you money on your copay.
Please get in touch with your insurance company if you have plan- or benefit-specific questions.
We want to ensure that you fully understand our statement for the services rendered. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Accounts Specialist, Patty A., CPC, at 509.448.7337 ext 308. She can assist you Monday and Wednesday through Friday from 8-4:30. Alternatively, you can always send a message via your child’s secure portal or by email.
We are here to help you.
We are not contracted with Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW), and our contract with WellPoint will end in June 2026. If you have been auto-enrolled in that plan, please call Apple Health to have it changed.
We do not accept/bill any medical/health share plans, third-party administered plans, or short-term medical plans.
