Scheduling Information

Please use online booking first. Only call if:

You cannot schedule successfully online, OR

You need to add siblings to an existing appointment.

Phone number: 509-448-7337, option 2

Online booking (link below)

To book a vaccine appointment, the patient must have been seen in our office by one of our providers within the last two years.

Use legal names

Book siblings in back-to-back slots (you may arrive with all at the earliest time)

Only one child per slot

Add a note if you want to arrive at separate times so we know it’s intentional.

If you don’t get confirmation within 24 hours, your appointment was not booked successfully

If you do not see an appointment time, that means it has already been taken.

Vaccine Details

Type: Injectable flu vaccine (no nasal spray)

Age: For children 6 months through 18 years (state supply rules)

If stock runs out: We can provide a prescription (if needed) so your child can receive it at a pharmacy. However, if we have stock, we will only provide a prescription with a vaccine counseling televisit.

Can be given with other vaccines, including COVID-19 (when we get it– it has been ordered).

Timing & Recommendations

Kids who’ve had the flu vaccine before: Wait until mid-late October (stronger protection later in season).

Kids 6 months-8 years, never had flu vaccine: Need 2 doses (1 month apart).

The first dose should be in early October

If your child has a provider appointment, they can get the flu shot at that time.

Call if you want to add siblings to that time.
